Greek Salad Recipe
Reading Time: 1 minute

Lad Summer is already knocking at our door. And it’s time to ditch the spicy food and opt for something that is mild, creamy and quick to make. I have wanted to make Greek salad for a long time. Within 10 minutes it was ready and my tummy full.

Ingredients:

1 head lettuce or cabbage

1 red sliced onion

1/4th cup sliced grapes

1 bell pepper chopped (big dice)

2 large tomatoes (big dice)

1 cup feta cheese (dice or crumbled)

For dressing:

4 tablespoon olive oil

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1 tablespoon oregano

Ground pepper to taste

Salt to taste

Preparation time: 15 minutes

Cooking time: 7-8 minutes

Method:

In a large bowl add all the vegetables and feta cheese all together in a large bowl. I personally don’t enjoy olives hence, I added grapes to it.

In a Mason jar or small bowl add olive oil, salt, lemon juice, pepper and oregano in it. Mix it and shake it. Pour it over the salad and toss it. Voila! It’s ready.
Happy summer!
