Healthy Yet Delicious 10 Minutes Breakfast Recipes Who Is Conscious About Weight

Vegetable Pauva

Ingredients:

1 small Potatoes, Chopped

1 Small Onion, Chopped

1 Small Carrots, Chopped

1 Small Capsicum, Chopped

1-2 Green chilies, Chopped

10-12 Peanuts, Fried

2-3 Teaspoon Oil

3 Cups Pauva, Washed

1 Teaspoon Mustard Seeds

1 Pinch asafoetida

1 Teaspoon Turmeric Powder

1 Teaspoon Sugar

1 Lemon

1 Teaspoon Coriander- cumin Powder

1 Teaspoon Garam Masala Powder

Salt as per Needed

2 Teaspoon Coriander Leaves

Direction:

Take a pan and pour oil in it. Add mustard seeds and asafoetida it when oil is hot enough.

When mustard seeds crackle, add all chopped vegetables and green chilies in it.

Add little salt and turmeric powder. Stir it for 1-2 minutes. Cover the lead and Leave it for a cook.

Meanwhile, Take a poha in a bowl and pour water in it and washed properly. Take away all the water from it and keep aside. After some time add all spices, salt, sugar, and lemon juice in it.

Stir chopped vegetables meanwhile. Otherwise, it’s stuck to the pan.

When all vegetables are cooked properly. Add washed poha and stir it till all spices are mix with each other properly.

Add coriander leaves and it is ready to serve.

Chatpati – (Mamra (Puffed rice Bhel)

Ingredients:

1 Small Onion, chopped

1 Small Tomato, Chopped

1 Small Capsicum, Chopped

1 Green chili, chopped

3 Teaspoon Oil

A pinch of asafoetida

1 Teaspoon Mustard seeds

1 Teaspoon Urad Dal

3 Bowl Mamra, washed

Salt as per Taste

1 Teaspoon Red chili powder

1 Teaspoon Turmeric Powder

1 Teaspoon Garam Masala Powder

1 Teaspoon Cumin-coriander powder

1 Teaspoon Coriander leaves

Direction:

Take some Oil in a pan and put on medium flame. Add mustard oil and asafetida. When it’s crackled, add Urad Dal and leave till it turns light golden brown.

Add chopped onion, green chili, and capsicum. Mix salt and turmeric powder with it. Sauté for 3-4 minutes.

Add chopped tomatoes in it and sauté for 2 minutes.

When it is about to cook, in other hands, take a bowl and wash mamra (puffed rice) with water. Add all spices and salt to it. Stir it properly.

Now both are ready to mix. When a mixture is leaving oil, Add washed mamra(puffed rice) in it.

Put coriander leaves in it and served with milk or juices.

Vegetable Upma

 

Ingredients:

1 Large Onion, Chopped

2 Green chilies, Chopped

3 Teaspoon Oil

A pinch of asafoetida

1 Teaspoon Mustard seeds

1 Teaspoon Urad Dal

3-4 Curry leaves

1 Bowl Semolina (sooji)

3 Bowl Boiled water

Salt as per taste

Coconut Chutney for Serving

Direction:

Pour Oil in a pan at medium flame. Add mustard oil, urad dal, curry leaves and asafoetida.

When the mustard oil is crackled put chopped onion and green chilies in it, sauté for 2-3 minutes.

Add Semolina and salt in it. Stir and sauté it till it turns light golden brown.

Pour boiled water into it and give quick stir till it absorbed all water.

Stir it for 2 minutes.

Vegetable Upma is ready to serve with coconut chutney.

Corn Paneer Salad

3 Bowl Corn, Boiled

1 Small Onion, Chopped

1 Small Tomato, Chopped

1 Teaspoon Red Chili Powder

1 Teaspoon Chaat Masala

Salt as per Taste

1 Teaspoon Oil

1 Teaspoon Coriander Leaves

1 Bowl Paneer, Cubed, Shallow fried

Direction:

Add Oil in a pan and Put on a low flame. Add chopped onion and tomatoes. Saute it for 1-2 minutes.

Take a big mixing bowl. Add boiled corn, sauteed paneer cube, onion and tomato mixture, red chili powder, chaat masala, and salt.

Mix properly and take it in a serving bowl. Sprinkle coriander leaves on it.

Corn-Paneer Salad is ready to Served.
